GANI CONTRACT MANUFACTURING

Your product. Your brand. Our manufacturing responsibility.

Hand over a finished design — get back a boxed, customer-branded product, built through GANI-owned and GANI-managed qualified processes under one quality system.

At a glance

We build your sellable product end-to-end, so you can stay focused on selling it.

GANI Contract Manufacturing exists for one kind of customer: the company whose product is ready — or nearly ready — and who wants manufacturing off their desk. From plastics and PCB production through assembly, firmware, functional test, serialization and packaging, every step runs through GANI-owned and GANI-managed qualified processes under one quality system. You keep the brand, the product definition and the IP. We keep the program on schedule.

WHICH DOOR IS YOURS?

Manufacturing or Contract Manufacturing?

Both build from your documentation. The difference is what leaves our floor.

GANI Manufacturing

Assemblies that go inside your machine.

  • Series control panels, operator panels, remote I/O
  • Cable harnesses and pre-wired electrical modules
  • Electromechanical subassemblies, build-to-print
  • You keep the product; we take the repetition

  • Packing, labelling and logistics handover

Managed qualified partner

Performed at a qualified supplier under GANI engineering, incoming inspection and one quality system.

  • Injection molding and tooling
  • PCB fabrication and PCBA
  • Sheet metal, machining and surface finishing
  • Specialist coatings and potting
  • Accredited type and safety testing

How a transfer works

A running product changes hands without missing a shipment.

Picture a connectivity-device maker — a modem or gateway line — that wants production off its own floor. Under NDA from the first conversation, GANI takes over the full chain: plastics, PCBA, assembly, firmware, test, serialization and the branded box. The customer keeps ownership of brand, product definition and IP throughout, and GANI Lifecycle carries the product onward — spares from the production record, managed end-of-life.

DELIVERED PROJECTS

Machines already running.

A selection from the delivered project list — machines, lines and systems this division engineered and handed over.

These complete-product programs run for customers in Germany — Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt — and in Lithuania. Which program belongs to which customer and site is shared under NDA, not on a public page.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions we hear first.

What is a GANI standardized product?

A control unit or module engineered once by GANI and then built in series — with the same serialization, testing and documentation discipline as our contract manufacturing.

Can GANI develop a product for our company?

Yes. From specification to tested units: we engineer, industrialize and produce OEM products, and support them across their lifecycle.

Who supports the product after launch?

GANI Lifecycle — spares from the production record, repairs with test-report proof, and managed end-of-life including last-time-buy planning.
