We are a series-production company that builds other people’s products.
GANI Manufacturing is the production heart of the group — a team built around one discipline: taking a machine builder’s documentation and turning it into identical, tested units, delivery after delivery. Control cabinets, operator consoles, remote I/O, pre-wired modules, complete box-build devices with pneumatics, firmware and parameterization. For machine builders, the scope extends into PLC and HMI software work and process development. The product stays yours; the repetition becomes ours.
Discuss your scope
Series assembly on the shop floor — the same unit, the same way, every batch.
Choose the scope. We carry it.
- IEC 61439 / UL 508A practice
- 100% functional testing
- Serial-number traceability
- Firmware loading & parameterization
- Golden samples & test fixtures
- Pre-wired modules
Manufacturing or Contract Manufacturing?
Both build from your documentation. The difference is what leaves our floor.
Assemblies that go inside your machine.
- Series control panels, operator panels, remote I/O
- Cable harnesses and pre-wired electrical modules
- Electromechanical subassemblies, build-to-print
- You keep the product; we take the repetition
Your complete, sellable product — boxed.
- Complete device build: mechanics, electronics, firmware, test
- Plastics and PCBA coordinated through qualified partners
- Labelled, serialized and packed under your brand
- Product transfer and capacity extension for a running product
Still unsure? Send the drawing set — we will tell you which door fits, in one reply.
From your documentation to the truck.
- 01Documentation transfer
EPLAN, drawings, BOM and standards land with our engineering team.
- 02NPI & DFM
Manufacturability review, alternative components, work instructions, golden sample.
- 03Sourcing & kitting
Purchasing, inventory and kits prepared per released revision.
- 04Assembly & wiring
Mechanical and electrical build — panels, harnesses, complete devices.
- 05Firmware & parameters
PLC / HMI / firmware loading and parameterization per unit.
- 06100% functional test
Automated where volume justifies; serial-number-based test record.
- 07Pack & dispatch
Labeled, documented, packed — daily truck departures toward the EU.
- 08Lifecycle
Spares, repair, retrofit and end-of-life via GANI Lifecycle.
The answers your supplier questionnaire asks for.
Series manufacturing is a discipline problem before it is a capacity problem. These are the controls that keep a repeat build repeatable — and the reason a deviation never reaches your line quietly.
Incoming inspection
Goods are checked against the drawing and the approved supplier list before booking. Suspect material is quarantined, not consumed.
Revision & ECN control
Every build runs against one released revision. Engineering changes are quoted, released and effective from an agreed serial or date.
Deviation approval
Any departure from the documentation is proposed in writing and built only after your approval. Nothing is absorbed silently.
Alternative components
Alternates are proposed against the datasheet with a comparison, and enter the BOM only once you approve them.
First article & golden sample
The first unit of a new build is inspected and approved as the reference against which the series is judged.
Release gates
Kit complete, build complete, test passed, inspection signed — a unit cannot skip a gate to make a shipment.
Nonconformity handling
Escapes and internal findings are recorded with a containment action, a root cause and a verified correction.
Traceability
Serial number to component lot, work order, operator and test record — retrievable years later.
How the work is usually shaped.
Typical batch fit
High-mix work in batches of tens to a few hundred units, repeating through the year under a frame agreement.
Annual volume fit
Programs from a few hundred to several thousand units a year — where engineering support matters more than the lowest piece price.
GANI-sourced material
We buy the full BOM against your approved list and carry the supply-chain work.
Customer-supplied material
You supply critical or directed-buy parts; we receive, inspect, store and account for them per work order.
Hybrid sourcing
The common case: you direct the critical components, we source the rest and manage the lead times.
Consignment & call-off
Rolling forecasts with agreed call-off windows, plus finished-goods staging where the route requires it.

Keep your line. Add ours.
You keep your own production; we build approved parallel capacity beside it. That can start as small as a 20-per-day variant running next to your 1000-per-day line — and grow, if you choose, to the entire outsourced volume. Same documentation, same test regime, same unit at the end.
Discuss your scopeBuildings you can name.
Station, museum, tower — automation infrastructure engineered by GANI Engineering and built by GANI Manufacturing, delivered into construction programmes that do not wait.

Questions we hear first.
What do you need from us for a quotation?
Your documentation as it exists today: schematics (EPLAN, PDF or DWG), a BOM, mechanical data if relevant, applicable standards and target quantities. An NDA is available on request.
What is a golden sample?
The first unit built and approved during industrialization. It freezes the reference standard — every later unit in series is built and tested against it.
Do you build to our standards or yours?
Yours. Your drawing standards, labeling rules and applicable norms govern the build; our quality system governs how we prove conformity — routine tests, serialization and unit test records.
What does 100% testing mean in practice?
Every unit — not a sample — passes a functional test before dispatch. Results are recorded against the serial number, so any unit can be traced from component lot to test record.
