A pen-form rotary machine is held for hours at a time, so vibration is not a comfort question — it is the whole product. Everything that follows in the design is downstream of keeping the drive quiet in the hand.
GANI took the program end to end. The industrial design was made manufacturable first, then the aluminium pen body was CNC-machined, the low-vibration rotary motor and cam mechanism built and fitted, the cartridge needle interface produced to its own tolerances, and the electronics assembled.
Every unit is tested at end of line for vibration and speed and then serialized, so a returned machine can be traced to its build. The customer owns the brand and the design; what they hand over is a specification, and what they get back is a finished, boxed, serial-numbered product.
