One site. Goods-in to finished goods.
Most supplier problems are logistics problems in disguise: a part that was never checked, a kit that went short, a test that happened somewhere else. Our answer is a single site where every step has a place and a record — and where the engineers who quoted your program sit next to the line that builds it.
Nine zones, one flow.
- 01
Incoming inspection
Every delivery is checked against the drawing and the approved supplier list before it can be booked into stock. Deviations stop at the door, not on the line.
- 02
Controlled store
Components are stored with their lot identity intact, so a serial number can be traced back to the batch that went into it.
- 03
Kitting
Each work order leaves the store as a counted, complete kit. A build never starts short — that is how half-finished units and undocumented substitutions begin.
- 04
Panel production
Backplate assembly, wiring, labelling and torque control at fixed workstations, one panel per build sheet, to IEC 61439 practice.
- 05
Harness production
Cut, crimp, lay and continuity-test harnesses on boards, with crimp tooling under periodic verification.
- 06
Electromechanical assembly
Mechanical modules and complete devices assembled to print, with the work instruction at the bench rather than in a folder.
- 07
Test
Functional test benches and product-specific fixtures. Nothing leaves untested, and the result is written against the serial number.
- 08
Quality
First article, in-process checks and final inspection. Nonconformities are recorded and closed, not absorbed quietly.
- 09
Packing & finished goods
Packed to your standard, labelled and staged for the agreed route and Incoterm.
The numbers, confirmed in writing.
Areas, workstation counts, shift model and test capacity are part of the supplier qualification pack and the audit agenda. We publish them once verified — you get them in writing as soon as you ask.
