GANI started in Bursa as an automation engineering firm — electrical design, PLC software and commissioning for industrial customers.

First turnkey systems
Complete lines and robotic cells delivered under full project responsibility, building the engineering backbone the group still runs on.

First export programs
International projects established the working languages, documentation standards and logistics routines European OEMs expect.

Entry into series manufacturing
Recurring production of control panels and assemblies turned project engineering into an industrial operation — with serialization and 100% testing from the start.

The four-division group
Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Engineering and Lifecycle were structured as divisions over a shared backbone of engineering, supply chain and quality.
