Curing rubber normally means taking the part to a press. Where the part is a conveyor belt splice or a field repair, that is not possible, and the press has to go to the part instead.
This is a compact press built for that: a portable frame, interchangeable heated platens so one press covers several joint sizes, PID temperature control to hold the cure temperature rather than approach it, and pressure application with monitoring so the operator knows the joint is actually under load.
GANI runs it as a contract manufacturing program. The customer owns the product; we hold the manufacturing responsibility for the frame, the heated platens, the control electronics and the assembly, and deliver units built to their specification.
