Qualify us the way you qualify anyone else.
This page exists so a sourcing manager can run a supplier qualification without three rounds of email. What we can hand over immediately is listed below; what needs a conversation is marked as such.
From first contact to approved vendor.
- 01Introduction & fit
Scope, volumes and standards checked against what we actually do.
- 02NDA
Mutual NDA before technical data moves. Your template or ours.
- 03Company file
Registration data, certificates and quality documentation on request.
- 04Technical review
Drawings, BOM and test requirements reviewed by the engineers who would run the program.
- 05Audit or visit
Supplier audits and plant tours in Bursa are welcome, by appointment.
- 06Quotation & terms
NRE, tooling, test development and unit price quoted separately — engineering is never hidden in the piece price.
- 07Vendor setup
Frame agreement, logistics route, forecast and reporting cadence agreed before the first release.
What you can request today.
- Product definition, drawings, firmware and brand remain your property — always.
- NDA first: technical data moves only after mutual confidentiality is in place.
- Program data is kept per customer; access is limited to the team running your program.
- Tooling and fixtures are recorded with their owner named in the quotation.
- Sub-suppliers work under flowed-down confidentiality obligations.
- We never show your name, photos or drawings as a reference without written permission.
How we quote and deliver.
Quotation structure
NRE, tooling, test equipment, setup, materials, conversion and logistics quoted as separate lines.
Frame agreements
Recurring families run on a frame agreement with rolling forecasts and agreed call-off windows.
Material liability
Long-lead and MOQ-driven material is agreed in writing before it is ordered.
Change control
Revision changes are quoted and released formally; nothing changes in the build without an approved revision.
Three levels, stated plainly.
Sourcing teams get burned by suppliers who blur what is certified, what is engineering practice and what runs through a qualified partner. We keep the three apart on every page.
An accredited certificate covers the management system. We name the standard and share the certificate on request.
Design and routine testing follow the standard as engineering practice — it governs how we build and prove, without implying a separate product certificate for your unit.
The process runs at a qualified supplier under GANI engineering, incoming inspection and one quality system. We say so rather than implying our own machine.
If a page ever claims more than this, treat it as an error and tell us — we will correct it.
