One team owns the mechanics, the electrics and the code.
GANI Engineering runs like an engineering company in its own right — its own projects, its own project leads, its own standards — with the manufacturing depth of the group behind it. Because mechanical design, electrical design and software sit in one room, interfaces are engineered rather than negotiated, and responsibility never changes hands mid-project. The result is systems that behave the same on your floor as they did at FAT — and selected work we can walk you through under NDA.

Our engineering travels without our machines.
Every discipline we use to build our own systems is available on its own: electrical design in EPLAN, PLC and robotics software, HMI and SCADA, machine vision, motion and CNC, MES and IIoT connectivity — and process improvement work on bottlenecks, cycle time, OEE, line balancing and SMED. We write software for Siemens, Rockwell, Beckhoff, Omron, Schneider, Mitsubishi, B&R, WAGO and Phoenix Contact platforms, so the platform decision stays yours. Selected work is available under NDA.
Discuss your scopeMachines already running.
A selection from the delivered project list — machines, lines and systems this division engineered and handed over.
Buildings you can name.
Station, museum, tower — automation infrastructure engineered by GANI Engineering and built by GANI Manufacturing, delivered into construction programmes that do not wait.

Questions we hear first.
Can you improve our production without selling us a new machine?
Yes. Process engineering is sold on its own: bottleneck and cycle-time analysis, line balancing, OEE improvement, changeover optimization. We do not need to build a new machine to improve the system you already own.
What does "turnkey" mean at GANI?
One contract, one responsible team: concept, electrical design, PLC and robotics software, build, FAT at our site, SAT and commissioning at yours, and documentation at handover.
Can you modernize an existing machine instead of replacing it?
Yes — retrofit is a core service. If the mechanics are sound, we renew controls, safety and drives to current standards, planned around your production calendar.
How does an automation project start?
With your process description or specification. We respond with a technical concept and a quotation; engineering begins after alignment on scope.
