Electric torque tools are only as useful as the unit driving them. The controller decides which recipe applies to which fastener, judges whether the result was in tolerance, and passes that judgement up to the plant system — which is where a tightening becomes traceable.
GANI manufactures the unit: the torque tool control interface, the recipe and result management electronics, the industrial communication and connectors that survive a shop floor, all in a compact package.
Every unit is tested at end of line against a torque simulator, so the controller is proven to read and judge correctly before it is trusted with a real joint. A controller that mis-reports is worse than no controller, because the plant will believe it.
