THE CHALLENGE

In a tower, the electrical infrastructure is a production line turned on its side: the same panel repeats floor after floor, the riser feeds it, and the construction programme decides when each floor is ready. Except nothing repeats exactly — the building tapers, so floor areas, loads and tenant splits change as you go up, and every variant still has to be documented, tested and delivered in the week it is needed.

STARTING CONDITION

A distribution concept and load schedule per floor band existed. Panel standardization, manufacture and the delivery rhythm did not.
