What batch sizes make sense for you?
High-mix work in batches of tens to a few hundred panels, repeating through the year. Below that, the industrialization cost rarely pays back; far above it, a dedicated line usually beats us.
Do you buy the components or do we?
Either. Most programs are hybrid: you direct the critical components, we source the rest against your approved list and carry the lead times.
What happens when a revision changes?
The change is quoted, released and made effective from an agreed serial number or date. Nothing changes in the build without an approved revision — and no deviation is absorbed quietly.
Can you deliver to our assembly takt?
Yes. Recurring families run on a frame agreement with rolling call-offs, and panels are released to your programme rather than stockpiled.
