Questions that come up in the first call.

Our harness documentation is thin. Is that a problem?

It is the normal starting point. We back-document what exists into a releasable set during industrialization, so the series starts from what actually works rather than from an old drawing.

Do you handle directed-buy connectors?

Yes. Directed-buy parts are received, inspected, stored and accounted for per work order, and the rest of the BOM is sourced against your approved list.

How do you prove a crimp is good?

Crimp tooling is verified periodically, and continuity plus pull-off checks are recorded against the work order. If a program needs cross-sections, we agree the frequency in advance.

Can you take over an assembly from another supplier?

That is a product transfer, and it has its own process — gap analysis, supplier mapping, pilot batch and a stock bridge so your shelf never runs dry.
