Do you make PCBs and plastics yourselves?
No, and we say so. Injection molding and PCBA run at qualified partners under GANI engineering, incoming inspection and one quality system — one program responsibility, but no claim to a machine we do not own.
Who owns the product?
You do. Definition, drawings, firmware and brand stay yours; tooling ownership is named in the quotation, and nothing is shown as a reference without written permission.
Can you take over a product already in production?
Yes — that is a product transfer, with gap analysis, supplier mapping, a pilot batch, first-article approval and a stock bridge planned before the first pilot unit is built.
What volumes fit?
A few hundred to several thousand units a year, in recurring releases. High-mix work with engineering content is where we are worth the money; commodity mass volume is not our game.
