Rear bumper / fender poka-yoke station

A modern bumper carries tape, clips and primer before it ever reaches paint or assembly. Every one of those is a small operation, and every one of them is invisible once the part is in the car — until it comes back as a rattle or a detached trim.

This station verifies them. It handles left and right variants, checks the clip and tape points, confirms the primer has been applied, and walks the operator through every check point on an HMI. Cycle tracking runs alongside, so the station knows what was done and when.

Poka-yoke is the point: the station is not there to catch a defect at the end but to make the wrong sequence impossible while it is happening. The operator does not have to remember the variant; the station does.
