Four-cavity rolling air spring press

Cure time cannot be shortened much: the chemistry takes as long as it takes. The only way to raise output from a curing operation is to cure more parts at once, and the only way to do that without more floor area is to put more cavities on one frame.

This press runs four products in parallel on a single machine frame, with the molds arranged modularly so a cavity can be set up for a different product without disturbing the others. One press, one utility connection, one set of guarding, four parts per cycle.

For a plant that is short of floor area rather than short of building, that trade is usually the right one: the press costs more than a single-cavity machine and much less than four of them, and it occupies the space of one.
