# Series control panel manufacturing for industrial OEMs

> You have the documentation and the demand; what you do not have is another electrician. We take the panel family off your floor and give it back as a repeatable, tested, documented delivery — batch after batch, to your takt.

## From your drawing set to a tested panel

- **Documentation review** — Your EPLAN project and parts list are reviewed for manufacturability before anything is cut, with change notes agreed rather than assumed.
- **Component sourcing** — Full BOM purchased against your approved list, or directed-buy parts received and accounted for per work order.
- **Panel build to IEC 61439** — Backplate assembly, wiring, labelling and torque control at fixed workstations, one panel per build sheet.
- **100% test** — Wiring check and functional test against your procedure — every panel, not a sample.
- **Serialized record** — Test results archived per panel serial number and retrievable years later.
- **Delivery to takt** — Packed and released against your assembly programme, not into a warehouse.

## Five things and we can quote

- EPLAN project or equivalent electrical documentation per variant
- Parts list with the approved component and supplier list
- Factory test procedure and acceptance criteria
- Annual quantity, batch size and the number of variants
- Packaging, labelling and delivery requirements

## Standards

- IEC 61439-1 / -2 for low-voltage assemblies
- IEC 60204-1 for electrical equipment of machines
- UL 508A as engineering practice where a program calls for it
- Your own factory test procedure, run as written

## Questions

- **What batch sizes make sense for you?** High-mix work in batches of tens to a few hundred panels, repeating through the year. Below that, the industrialization cost rarely pays back; far above it, a dedicated line usually beats us.
- **Do you buy the components or do we?** Either. Most programs are hybrid: you direct the critical components, we source the rest against your approved list and carry the lead times.
- **What happens when a revision changes?** The change is quoted, released and made effective from an agreed serial number or date. Nothing changes in the build without an approved revision — and no deviation is absorbed quietly.
- **Can you deliver to our assembly takt?** Yes. Recurring families run on a frame agreement with rolling call-offs, and panels are released to your programme rather than stockpiled.
