# Industrial box build and complete product manufacturing

> Not a subassembly — the whole device. Mechanics, electronics, firmware and test come together into a product that leaves labelled, serialized and boxed under your brand, ready for your customer rather than your line.

## One program responsibility, end to end

- **Industrialization** — DFM review across enclosure, board and assembly, work instructions written, fixtures built and the golden sample defined with you.
- **Managed partner processes** — Injection molding and PCBA run at qualified suppliers under GANI engineering, incoming inspection and one quality system.
- **Final assembly** — Mechanics, electronics and firmware brought together on our own floor, to the released revision.
- **End-of-line test** — Product-specific fixtures and functional test — nothing ships untested, and every result is written to the serial number.
- **Labelling and packing** — Labelled, serialized and packed to your standard, so the box that arrives is the box your customer opens.
- **Lifecycle** — Spares, repeat batches and obsolescence watch from the same build record, years after the first release.

## A product, not a concept

- Mechanical and electronic documentation at a released revision
- Firmware, test specification and any existing fixtures
- Component and supplier approvals, including directed-buy parts
- Annual volume, batch size and the variants in scope
- Packaging, labelling and market conformity requirements

## Standards

- IPC-A-610 Class 2 as engineering practice for electronic assemblies
- Customer test specification, run as written
- CE conformity declared by whoever places the product on the market — we supply the file that supports it
- Change control: revisions quoted, released and effective from an agreed serial

## Questions

- **Do you make PCBs and plastics yourselves?** No, and we say so. Injection molding and PCBA run at qualified partners under GANI engineering, incoming inspection and one quality system — one program responsibility, but no claim to a machine we do not own.
- **Who owns the product?** You do. Definition, drawings, firmware and brand stay yours; tooling ownership is named in the quotation, and nothing is shown as a reference without written permission.
- **Can you take over a product already in production?** Yes — that is a product transfer, with gap analysis, supplier mapping, a pilot batch, first-article approval and a stock bridge planned before the first pilot unit is built.
- **What volumes fit?** A few hundred to several thousand units a year, in recurring releases. High-mix work with engineering content is where we are worth the money; commodity mass volume is not our game.
