Assembling a rolling air spring means bringing an upper and a lower component together concentrically, under enough force to seat them, without cocking either one. It is a job with a clear right answer and very little tolerance for a crooked approach.

The machine uses a two-position lower table so one position can be loaded while the other is in the cycle, and a linear travelling upper jaw group driven by synchronized pistons — synchronized because two pistons out of step are exactly what puts a component in crooked.

It handles products up to 220 mm diameter and delivers 450 kg of closing force at 6 bar. Running on shop air at a normal pressure keeps the machine inside the utilities a plant already has, which matters more than it sounds when a cell is being placed on an existing floor.

## Key features

- Two-position lower table
- Products up to Ø220 mm
- Linear travelling upper jaw
