Fourteen mold stations on one cycle is a scheduling problem before it is a mechanical one. Each station needs to be served at its own moment, and a single robot serving fourteen stations becomes the bottleneck long before the chemistry does.

This line uses two robots that share station access, with the cycle times balanced between them so neither is waiting on the other and no station is left unserved past its window. The carousel layout keeps the stations in a fixed order, which is what makes the balancing tractable.

The result is a foam casting line whose output is set by the cure and the number of molds rather than by how fast one arm can move — and one whose capacity can be reasoned about station by station instead of measured after the fact.

## Key features

- Fourteen mold stations
- Two-robot process cell
- Station synchronization
- Rotary carousel production layout
